Community health centers and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) offer services on a sliding scale based on your income. Many larger cities have specific LGBTQ+ or trans health clinics that can provide affirming care, including hormones and preventative screenings.

Sexual Health

Regular STI testing is crucial. Planned Parenthood and other clinics offer low-cost or free testing and treatment. PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a daily pill that can prevent HIV. Many programs can help you get it for free or low cost.
